Help find a Plastic Bin Recycler for USPS

Here you can see the no. 2 recyclable white plastic bins used during the Post Offices Annual Food Drive. (The Sat before Mother’s Day in May). When the plastic tears and/or the metal rusts, the Long Beach PO discards these bins with the NONrecyclable trash. This is because a recycler cannot be found. These bins are NOT to be used by the public as they are government property (fine$ if you do!) Solution: Find a Recycler to take the bins!
