lol baysil. Ba-zil..ï»¿ its pronounced like Brazil, without the “r”.. And you should use only a small amount (one leaf chopped finely) of basil in salad as it will kill the salad if you use too much as the basil has strong flavour and smell.

Love all types of basil and it isï»¿ awesome in salads. I use Thai Basil (bai kaproa and bai horopha) in many Thai dishes by the handful!
