Sisters of the Holy Cross and employees at Saint Marys are committed to green living and to working collaboratively to make Saint Marys campus a fully sustainable organization. The Nutrition Services Department is reducing consumption, reusing and sharing resources, and disposing its food waste in an environmentally friendly manner.
