Caps

This cap feeder has come to life after a long incubation period from what was the very first idea of it. It represents a sort of rupture from the standard production at Ctech which was mainly focused on the Food & Beverage Industry. It is the first creature of FeedOr’s Philosophy: that of creating in a single solution a feeding and orientating system with great respect to sustainability and environmental impact. Its production involved and stimulated all of us to go on with a continuous research of new implementations we arrived at picking up and realizing the final user’s needs. A special care has been given to all the aspects such as energy saving and a less environmental contamination of the product showing an ever more awareness of what is required by customers and society. All these aspects led us to reconsider in a new way the cap feeder planning and since the beginning we refused the use of any kind of blowers avoiding a high waste of energy consumption and induced contamination. Our UBL water-fall cap feeder doesn’t need any kind of sorter, it is compact and it is not requiring much space. It’s mainly made of stainless steel and it has a plastic modular belt whose conformation assures no capsizing for the caps both in the feeding and in the rising section. After their withdrawal on their raising path, the caps meet an harshness which determines the selection. Only the caps which are well oriented will be conveyed to the capper while all the other ones will fall
