You could call this an archetypal Marty Robbins type song even though you never knew quite what to expect the next time one of his records hit the stores. He dazzled in many briliant styles combining a once in a lifetime charismatic talent with one of the most beautiful voices ever bestowed on anyone on God’s green earth. A Country top ten in 1967, the song was written by Bob Tubert who also co-penned Sonny James’s ‘You’re The Only World I Know.’
