Greenarama Home Show 2011, the first home show of its kind, will take place in Cincinnati Ohio’s oldest neighborhood, Columbia Tusculum on Strafer Street June 17-19 and 24-26, 2011. Featuring custom townhouse-style green homes built by some of the area’s finest builders, each home will be eligible for a 15-year, $500000 tax abatement and will feature green building products including, Energy Star appliances. Fantastic views, proximity to local eateries and bike trails plus easy downtown access make this location ideal for the first Greenarama Home Show. All homes in the show will be built pursuing LEED for Homes (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification by the US Green Building Council.
