wow i would love to live here but it would cost me an arm and a leg, and another leg, and another arm, and my penis…lol but yea its for the rich ppl but anyone can live, its just the matter of mioney

Really nice but sad it is so far from the reach of the average family budget. Let’s face it the TV alone would set you back close to 30K I’m not sure eco friendly means being able to draw curtains or your bath via remote control. Unless you mean never needing to move thus saving on energy to move from one spot to another. None of this technology is neither new or highly technological innovative these days. Just extremely expensive. Surely the cost of this place is over a mill US. It’s Japan!

That house looks so great! I love the kitchen, bathroom and the bedroom. I wonder what would happen in the bedroom if the person didn’t awake the first time?
