or tilt it, that will slow it down with at least 50%
on my old meter i used to put a big magnet on it to make it move slower.i guess thats alson power saving too.

Even if this were true (which it is not) $30,000 equates to $125 per month…which is an average electricity bill in TODAY’S DOLLARS AND ELECTRICITY RATES. Therefore, even without ANY inflation, the system pays for itself…what else can you say that about?
