Join YoChicago’s Joe Zekas and Dynaprop Development’s Rick Turner for a brief look at market conditions in Chicago’s South Loop. Turner is currently developing Eco18, 1830 S. Wabash, a high-rise with more than the usual focus on green building. The building will be seeking Gold certification, the second highest level of LEED certification. To our knowledge, it’s the only high-rise in Chicago at that level. This is one of a 3-part series.
