In jamaica we use the pulp to make candies. as kids we mix it with suger and eat it as is… really good… i guess u could use agave to this.

Ok, so the coconut cream is what we would call coconut milk. We use it in all kinds of cooking. There is nothing like fresh coconut milk. As to the pulp, it can also be used in coconut bread and the like. I have not done anything like this in a long time. I cannot say that I would ever become a vegan or vegetarian, but I have been changing my eating habits and eating much healthier, like what I used to do long time ago.

I wonder if they get young coconuts too.
it’s basically the same, but in a blender, add water to the coconut cubes, blend, then strain though a nut milk bag and let the “milk” sit in the fridge over night. the cream floats to the top, so the only difference is you get instant pure cream with a juicer instead of milk and cream over night.
