The “Indian” way is best if you can. Respect along with concern for sustainability. It’s honest, not glutenous

Killing without regard for the subject destroys something in your soul. I always feel deep for my prey

I don’t hunt for trophy, not that I mind it. Young taste better, but the deer at the end of it’s healthy cycle has the largest rack, and they have lived a full life. It makes room for the younger animals

I don’t like to eat animals who’ve suffered or been in horror, it is repugnant

If you can’t kill it yourself, you shouldn’t eat it! However, meat isn’t even necessary. The world HAS moved on, and it is possible to get all the nutrients you need without eating meat. But if you insist, definitely DON’T go with mainstream meat or factory farm meat. That meat is full of chemicals, feces, antibiotics, and bacteria. Bon apetite!

I hunt and fish, but I am afraid if I raised animals they would all die of old age before I could ever turn them into dinner. Thank you for sending this as a reply.

you’re very charismatic, yet I don’t understand the hunting education for kids, it teaches them it is OK to kill
the world has moved on, you know

Remember people, meat should only be a side dish in your diet, no more than a few ounces a day is healthy. The reson why asians and indians live so much longer than americans is because they aren’t clogging up their arteries like us.

The most horrific docu I saw was “Earthlings” (I own, narrated by J. Phoenix).
Hurray to getting your own meat if one wants. Getting from Wild is the best, and fair. I spearfish, but on land I would Bowshoot…..more challenge!

There are some good places to get food. Local farms some organic places are ok. The best way is like she says grow your own food. Also most of the animals have hormones and such crap added to it.

Hum then it would be ok to take poeple and use them a food for large exotic pets.
The only people we would feed these exotic pets would be vegans.
as long as we don’t beat these people and be cruel to them, that’s what the law should read.
but as for, You ARE what you eat?
Yes, I’m part cow, pig, chicken, deer, fish, turkey and pretty much anyother animal I can stick my fork in.

We need this;

LEGISLATION BANNING ANIMAL CRUELTY
It shall become law that heavy penalties shall be made upon any person or party who engages in cruelty or mistreatment of animals, even those animals destined to be used for food. No animal to be used for food can be kept in locked cages for long periods, nor be deprived sunlight, fresh air, natural grazing grounds or similar basic amenities of life. This Rule cannot be challenged, disputed or overturned in any court of law or in any manner.

we do all meats are self no such thing as honest butcher, what you should do is harvest all meat needs for one year early in the season before they are ran allot, go to large grocery chain store look for equipment that they are going to replace they do not repair they always buy new, buy their old equipment until you have all you need, then you don’t need a butcher.
