Put your fingernails under the lid and gently pull it up.
lol…all you do is pull the top off.
it kinda haz two tops, so u pull the bottom top off first.
There is a little padlock symbol on the outside ring. You turn the outside ring so that the “open” padlock symbol comes in line with the little arrow on the side of the lid.
I just figured it out for a colleague at work after watching her struggle for 15 minutes!
