While they may go through a washing process, the paper may not get recycled if you don’t separate it from the can. I separate the paper from the can and put each in it’s respective bin.
We empty them, wash then and dry them, then with a sharpe corner of a knife, we do remove the Label. If you check it out it is fast and most of the time pain less too!
I tear them of and use as scrabble score sheets in the community lounge then recycle them with the paper.Enough to sustain council tax demands to pay for their party party party times

It’s not necessary but I remove the labels as long as they come off easily. Other than that I just wash, drain, crush and throw.

no, you can leave them on… they go through a strong washing process to get rid of food and labels
No. They have a process that gets rid of the labels before they get recycled.
