Paper bags are being used more and more in retail due to their quality feel and traditional appearance at low cost. Paper carrier bags come with a stylish twisted paper cord handle which makes it easy to carry without cutting into your hand like plastic carrier bags do when loaded with a lot of weight.

Paper bags come in white and brown. Brown paper bags are cheapest but white paper bags are seen to give out a more quality image. Whatever colour paper bag you decide to use make sure that they are made from sustained forests or recycled paper. Paper bags are also recyclable and degradable unlike plastic bags which mainly end up in landfill. By using paper bags for your business you can be seen to be doing your bit for the environment and can use this in your marketing to boost your image to your customers.

Paper bags are made from kraft paper which is extremely strong. Bags can also be printed on with your company logo and/or company name on both sides or just one side. They can be used by your customers for filling with paper and cardboard for recycling as it is all recyclable then instead of filing a plastic bag with paper and cardboard and then the plastic bag having to be emptied. While the bag is then outside on the pavement awaiting collection you are getting more advertising out of your paper bag and is sometimes seen as a status symbol of where you shop.
