Warringah Christmas Collections Pt 1

I shot this little series up during a Christmas collection in my area on the last day of 2008. As I followed the truck around with my camera, it was hard to mistake the excess garbage in the overfilled bins, the lucky magpies digging through the celebration leftovers and all the crap scattered everywhere by the strong wind. I felt sorry for the driver, getting out of the truck so many times to pick up all the stuff that fell out of the truck, or which had been blown out of the bins. I would’ve hated to have been an operator of one of these split trucks during that week, especially being paper week when the upper hopper gets clogged just enough on a typical day… you’ll see this extra garbage didn’t help much. I hope you enjoy the three videos in the “Warringah Christmas Collections” series, all ratings and comments would be awesome and a big thanks to the driver who had a big day slowly coming to a close.
