Waverley Greens (HEIL PT1000) Pt 1

On one Tuesday of the 08/09 summer holidays, I made an early visit to Waverley Council, found on the coastal side of Sydney. This council is also known for it’s tight streets and laneways, so you can guess rear loaders are used for all the collections. You’ll also notice this council uses wheelie bins for all their collections, which were introduced around mid-way in 2008. In this video we have the fortnightly green-waste collection, featuring one of the many old Heil PT1000s which used to operate in the council, operated by a friendly crew who I’d like to give a massive thanks to. Also notice how all the bins are presented in the back lanes? For this area at least, when I went into the actual streets I was lucky to spot even one bin sometimes… it can be deceiving to know whether or not it is garbage day. Anyway fellas, hope you enjoy the footage of another Heil you can find down here in Oz. It would be awesome if you rated and commented, and make sure you take a look at the second video of the greens collection, as well as the recycling and garbage videos. Body Make: HEIL Environmental Industries Model: 15m PT1000 Chassis: Hino GH Council: Waverley Contractor: Council Public Works & Services Collection Type: Green-Waste / Vegetation
