Back in August 2007 each resident was provided with two brand new Mastec 140Ls, one with a yellow lid for bottles and another with a blue lid for papers. In this video we see the paper recycling getting collected on a Friday afternoon not long after the new service started. This wasn’t the best footage compared to my newer videos, but see part 2 if you want to anyway.
