Nexus, a leading design in energy management systems was designed by Midac in 1991 for DKS Australia’s leading access control company. They sold out to James Hardie Building Automation with Nexus as a flagship. That division of James Hardie was sold to Cubb International, who really know very little about energy management. Nexus still controls many high rise buildings via direct digital control, by Chubb had not real interest in that business.
